Our team

Dr. Meiram Shakenov is a Doctor of Medicine, PhD, and Head of Department at the National Center for Children’s Rehabilitation in Astana, Kazakhstan. He earned his PhD in Neurology from Kazakh State Medical University in 1999. In 2014–2015, he completed advanced training in neurology, healthcare services, and research at Virginia Commonwealth University under the Bolashak scholarship program. He also studied in the psychodrama program at the Moscow Institute of Gestalt and Psychodrama from 2020 to 2024 and in psychology at Astana Turan University from 2022 to 2024. His research and professional interests include neuroscience, rehabilitation, psychology, strategy, and management.
