AI-MAP 53: Establishing an AI Platform for Morphology-Based Detection of p53 Dysfunction in Cancer

Building on CEMRR’s strengths in AI-driven medical research and clinical collaboration, we plan to advance AI-MAP 53, an AI platform for morphology-based detection of p53 dysfunction in cancer. The project will combine curated pathology data, expert annotation workflows, and interpretable machine-learning models to identify visual tissue patterns linked to p53 abnormalities and support faster, more objective screening. By integrating the platform into research and clinical pipelines with partner hospitals, AI-MAP 53 aims to accelerate biomarker-informed decision support and strengthen precision oncology capacity in Kazakhstan.
