List of ongoing research projects at CEMRR
The Center of Excellence in Medical Robotics & Research (CEMRR) has two main objectives, such as conducting state-of-the-art Research to develop medical robots and AI-based platforms and later commercializing these to generate revenue to contribute to the financial stability and independence of the center for future operations.
The state-of-the-art research at CEMRR is conducted in the areas of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence that can benefit the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of various diseases. This center also endeavors to conduct research to enhance our understanding about the human system and thereby effectively contribute to the existing body of knowledge. Research in the field of medical robotics will be carried out in two major areas, namely, rehabilitation robots and surgical robots.
